Summary of Misconduct:
Mr. Kostouros, who was licensed in 1995, was censured. He entered into a settlement agreement with a client that included a limitation on the client's right to complain about Mr. Kostouros to the disciplinary authority.
Order of the Court:
The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose discipline on consent pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(b) is allowed, and respondent Frank Pete Kostouros is censured.
