Opinion

No. 05-09-00990-CV

Opinion issued August 26, 2009.

Original Proceeding from the 416th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 416-01964-07.

Before Justices BRIDGES, RICHTER, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred by overruling relators' objections to requests that exceeded the scope of discovery into relators' net worth and by ordering production of certain documents. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 148 S.W.3d 124, 135-36 (Tex. 2004). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
