IN RE Philip R. KLEIN and Klein Investigations & Consulting

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice Jason Pulliam, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2014-CI-17145, styled E.M. and V.B.M. v. Philip R. Klein, Klein Investigations & Consulting and James W. Landess, pending in the 73rd Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Cathleen M. Stryker presiding. --------

On March 24, 2016, relators Philip R. Klein and Klein Investigations & Consulting filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court's ruling on relators' motion to compel a plaintiff's deposition. The court has considered relators' petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
