ORDER
Before the Court is relator's July 23, 2020 motion for extension of time. Relator seeks a seven-day extension, until August 3, 2020, to file its response to real party in interest's July 15, 2020 motion for reconsideration.
Our July 23, 2020 order withdrawing Nancy H. Hamren and the law firm of Coats Rose, P.C., as counsel for relator explained that "[r]elator's July 27, 2020 deadline to file a response to real party in interest's July 15, 2020 motion for reconsideration shall be tolled until TEN DAYS after we received notification of relator's new counsel." Because we received notification of relator's substitute counsel on July 23, 2020, relator's deadline is now August 3, 2020. Accordingly, we DENY the motion for extension of time because relator already has the relief it seeks.
