IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion of K.K. for leave to proceed in forma pauperis be, and the same is, granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the decision of the court of appeals filed April 12, 2021, which affirmed the district court's decision terminating parental rights, is affirmed. This order is issued with opinion to follow.
