ORDER


On March 19, 2003, the plaintiff filed a Scheduling Order, a Proposed Discovery Plan, and a Certificate of Service, which were docketed as entries 8, 9, and 10. The Scheduling Order and Proposed Discovery Plan were not signed by counsel for the defendant. Additionally, said documents did not contain a signature line for the court. Additionally, said documents are hereby STRICKEN from record. The Court hereby ORDERS the plaintiff to re-submit for the Court's approval and signature a proposed scheduling order and discovery plan which has been signed by both parties. The plaintiff shall submut said documents by April 1, 2003.

Futhermore, the Court hereby VACATES the March 25, 2003 Scheduling Conference, but reserves the right to re-schedule the conference upon receipt of the proposed scheduling order and discovery plan.

SO ORDERED
