PER CURIAM

Today the Court granted relief in In re Morris, No. 24-0007, 683 S.W.3d 396 (Tex. 2024), holding that a primary election official has no discretion to remove a candidate from the ballot for failure to comply with Election Code Section 141.0311. For the same reason, the Court denies the requested relief in the present case.

Justice Devine did not participate in the decision.
