Before the Court is the August 15, 2022 second motion of appellant Father for an extension of time to file his brief on the merits. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief tendered to the Court by appellant Father on August 15, 2022 filed as of the date of this order.
Also before the Court is the August 15, 2022 second motion of appellant Mother for an extension of time to file her brief on the merits. Counsel explains that she timely filed the brief but inadvertently put the wrong appellate cause number on it. We GRANT the motion to the extent that we ORDER the Clerk of this Court to transfer Mother's brief filed on August 12, 2022 in appellate cause number 05-22-00053-CV into this appeal.
