    Following oral arguments on the issue, by memorandum decision entered in September of 2015, this Court reversed the circuit court's termination order and remanded for further proceedings. See In re: K.B., B.B., & N.B., No. 14-0900, 2015 WL 5666987 (W.Va. Sept. 24, 2015) (memorandum decision). On remand, the circuit court entered an order on October 5, 2015, setting a status/scheduling hearing for October 8, 2015.
