Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered December 16, 2021, and April 25, 2022, and respondent-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from the order entered December 16, 2021, and to consolidate the appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from the order entered December 16, 2021 (CAF 22-00314), is dismissed as unnecessary, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal taken from the order entered December 16, 2021, is dismissed (see Matter of Anthony W., 200 A.D.3d 1596, 1596 [4th Dept 2021]), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals taken from the orders entered April 25, 2022, is dismissed as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9 [f] [3]).
