On November 9, 2017, the court issued an opinion in this case. Mandate was issued immediately. On November 27, 2017, appellee filed a motion for rehearing. Appellee subsequently requested the mandate be recalled. The mandate in this case was recalled on December 4, 2017.
After due consideration, appellee's motion for rehearing is denied. We direct the clerk of court to reissue the mandate of the court immediately.
