Pursuant to Scottsdale Revised Code Section 2-348(a)(2), the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing a judge who resides in the City of Scottsdale as a member of the City of Scottsdale Judicial Appointments Advisory Board. Therefore, after due consideration,
IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable John Rea, a judge in the Superior Court in Maricopa County, is appointed as a member of the City of Scottsdale Judicial Appointments Advisory Board for a three-year term beginning October 2, 2008 and ending October 1, 2011.
