ORDER
We GRANT appellant's February 10, 2016 unopposed motion to withdraw and substitute lead counsel. We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to remove Pamela McGraw as appellant's counsel and substitute Jennifer L. Swize in her place. We further DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to designate Ms. Swize as lead counsel.
