No. 04-13-00594-CV

IN THE INTEREST OF J.R.P.R., A.A., AND R.F. III

From the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2012-PA-01485

Honorable Richard Garcia, Judge Presiding

ORDER

This is an accelerated appeal of the trial court's order terminating appellant's parental rights. The Texas Rules of Judicial Administration require this court to "ensure that the appeal is brought to final disposition . . . [w]ithin 180 days of the date the notice of appeal is filed." TEX. R. JUD. ADM. 6.2(a). This accelerated appeal from the termination of appellant's parental rights has been pending since the notice of appeal was filed in the trial court on August 15, 2013.

Appellant has filed a Motion For Determination That Appellate Record Is Incomplete and requesting an extension of time in which to file appellant's brief. We DENY the motion in part as MOOT because, after the motion was filed, the court reporter filed the reporter's record. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion in part and appellant's counsel, Mr. James B. Peplinski, is hereby ORDERED to file appellant's brief no later than November 11, 2013. It is so ORDERED on October 24th, 2013.

PER CURIAM ATTESTED TO: ________________
Keith E. Hottie
Clerk of Court
