Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Shelley J. Sandusky's representation that the reply to the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by May 16, 2023, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to January 6, 2023. After that date, only three further extensions totaling about 130 additional days are contemplated.
