IN RE RONNIE JONES

Original Proceeding

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Ronnie Jones filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for temporary relief. He seeks an order compelling the trial court to vacate an order denying his motion to approve attorney's fees for services rendered in connection with his service as an attorney ad litem. The relator has not shown that he lacks an adequate remedy by appeal. See In re Team Rocket, L.P., 256 S.W.3d 257, 262 (Tex. 2008) ("The adequacy of an appellate remedy must be determined by balancing the benefits of mandamus review against the detriments."). Accordingly, we deny the petition for writ of mandamus and motion for temporary relief.

PETITION DENIED.

PER CURIAM Before McKeithen, C.J., Kreger and Horton, JJ.
