DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Administration for Children's Services from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated November 20, 2023. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the orders as, in effect, modified a temporary order of protection of the same court dated November 17, 2022, as extended by that court, to continue the temporary order of protection dated November 17, 2022, as extended by that court, and to limit the respondent to agency-supervised and approved resource-supervised visitation with the child Jonathan U., pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the orders as, in effect, modified the temporary order of protection of the same court dated November 17, 2022, as extended by that court, is stayed, the temporary order of protection dated November 17, 2022, as extended by that court, is continued, and the respondent's contact with the child Jonathan U. shall be limited to agency-supervised and approved resource-supervised visitation only, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
