ORDER
AND NOW, this 19th day of April, 2011, the Petition for Review is GRANTED, and certified legal intern status is conferred on Reginald Johnson. This grant is conditioned on the dean of the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law certifying, within 30 days of our order, that Johnson is of good character and competent legal ability. Furthermore, Johnson is not permitted to appear at any hearings until the dean of the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law's certification is received.
