ORDER
On October 11, 2011, Appellant K.S. filed her "Request for Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law." On November 11, 2011, Appellant K.S. filed her "Notice of Past-Due Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law." In her notice, Appellant K.S. stated that the findings of fact and conclusions of law were due on or before October 31, 2011, but that the trial court had not filed the requested findings of fact and conclusions of law.
Appellant K.S. informed this court in her brief and supplemental brief that despite her timely request for findings of fact and conclusions of law and timely notice of past due findings of fact and conclusions of law, the trial court has not filed the requested findings of fact and conclusions of law. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that this appeal be abated and remanded to the district court with instructions that the court prepare findings of fact and conclusions of law as required by the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
It is ORDERED that a supplemental record containing the court's findings of fact and conclusions of law and any appropriate order(s) attendant thereto be certified to this Court on or before August 30, 2013.
