Before the Court is court reporter Arturo Neria, Jr.'s September 14, 2022 request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. Because this is an accelerated appeal, we GRANT the motion to the extent we ORDER the record be filed no later than September 29, 2022. To ensure the record is timely filed, the trial court must arrange for a substitute reporter if necessary. See TEX. R. APP. P. 28.4(B)(1).
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Cheryl Lee Shannon, Presiding Judge of the 305th Judicial District Court; Mr. Neria; and, the parties.
