MEMORANDUM OPINION


On November 20, 2008, appellant Quincy Howard filed a notice of appeal in this case. On November 20, 2008, we notified appellant that the $175 filing fee was due and that if appellant failed to pay the fee within ten days, the appeal would be dismissed. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding this appeal.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 42.3(c); Appendix to the Tex. R. App. P. (B)(1)(a).
