ORDER
PER CURIAM
This is an accelerated appeal from a final order terminating appellants' parental rights which must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal was filed. See TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2.
Appellants Father and Mother each appeal the trial court's order terminating their parental rights to their children. The trial court signed the termination order on September 5, 2023. Because this is an accelerated appeal, the notices of appeal were due on September 25, 2023. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.1(b), 28.4; TEX. FAM. CODE ANN. § 263.405(a). However, Father filed his notice of appeal on September 29, 2023, Mother filed her notice of appeal on October 5, 2023, and, on October 2, 2023, they each filed a motion for extension of time to file their respective notices of appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.3 (“The appellate court may extend the time to file the notice of appeal if, within 15 days after the deadline for filing the notice of appeal, the party: (a) files in the trial court the notice of appeal; and (b) files in the appellate court a motion [for extension of time].”). The motions are GRANTED.
To protect the identity of minor children in an appeal from an order terminating parental rights, we refer to the parents using pseudonyms. See TEX. FAM. CODE ANN. § 109.002(D); TEX. R. APP. P. 9.8(B)(2).
The appellants' respective briefs are due on or before November 9, 2023.
