IN THE INTEREST OF J.G., A CHILD

From the County Court at Law No 2, Webb County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2012-CVW-001068-C3
Honorable Jesus Garza, Judge Presiding

ORDER

After this court granted appellee father's first motion for extension of time, appellee father's brief was due May 31, 2018. On the due date, appellee father filed a second motion for extension of time asking for an additional eleven days in which to file his brief. After review, we GRANT appellee father's second motion for extension of time and ORDER appellee father to file his brief in this court on or before June 11, 2018.

In addition, we remind appellee mother that her appellee's brief was due May 21, 2018, pursuant to this court's prior order. However, no brief has been filed. The clerk's office of this court has attempted to contact appellee mother's counsel, Edward A. Nolen, by telephone and email, but have received no response. If appellee mother's brief is not filed in this court on or before June 11, 2018, this appeal will be submitted without her brief.

We order the clerk of this court to serve a copy of this order on all counsel.

Marialyn Barnard, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 5th day of June, 2018.
