ORDER

The reporter's record in this case is overdue. By letter dated February 15, 2017, we informed appellant the court reporter notified us that the reporter's record had not been filed because appellant had not (1) requested the record; or (2) paid for or made arrangements to pay for the record. We directed appellant to provide, within ten days, written verification he had requested the record and had paid for or made arrangements to pay for the record, or had been found entitled to proceed without payment of costs. On February 24, 2017, appellant provided the Court with written verification he had requested the record on January 30, 2017 and paid for record on February 21, 2017. Accordingly, we ORDER Court Reporter Glenda Johnson to file the reporter's record in this case within TEN DAYS of the date of this order.
