ORDER
AND NOW, this 2 day of August, 2018, in accordance with C.J.D.R.P. No. 504, the hearing on the issue of sanctions shall commence on November 8, 2018, at 9:30 a.m., in Commonwealth Court Courtroom 5001, 5 Floor, Pennsylvania Judicial Center, 601 Commonwealth Avenue, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
The Judicial Conduct Board and the Respondent shall each file on or before October 25, 2018, a list of such witnesses as either party may intend to present for testimony at that hearing, and shall serve a copy of said list upon the other party.
