ORDER MODIFYING OPINION

THE COURT:

EPSTEIN, P. J. WILLHITE, J. SUZUKAWA, J.

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on January 21, 2011, be modified as follows:

On page 2, the second paragraph is to be modified thusly:

In the second proceeding, we considered Mother’s appeal from the juvenile court’s denial of her section 388 petition, which requested that J.A. be returned to her and that the court terminate jurisdiction, or, in the alternative, order reinstatement of reunification services, vacate the second 366.26 hearing, and set a review hearing. In another unpublished opinion, B218481, we affirmed the juvenile court’s order.

There is no change in the judgment.
