Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered August 3, 2023, and an application having been made for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Child, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed on the ground that the orders appealed from are not orders of disposition appealable as of right (see Family Court Act § 365.1 [1]), and
It is further ORDERED that the application is dismissed.
