THE FLORIDA BAR Re: Jerry JARAMILLO, Jr.


Jerry Jaramillo, Jr.'s Motion for Rehearing is hereby granted and this Court's order dated July 25, 2011, disapproving the report of referee and denying the petition for reinstatement, is hereby vacated.

The report of the referee and supplemental report of the referee are approved and Jerry Jaramillo, Jr. is reinstated effective immediately.

Further, as provided in The Florida Bar v. Jerry Jaramillo, Jr., 18 So.3d 529 (Fla. Sept. 3, 2009) (Case No. SC09–12; table, unpublished suspension order), Jerry Jaramillo, Jr. is hereby placed on probation for three years under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and consent judgment in Case No. SC09–12.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Jerry Jaramillo, Jr. in the amount of $319.31, for which sum let execution issue.

The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this reinstatement.
