IN RE JOAN B. JANSKY AND LONNIE D. JANSKY

On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

Before Justices Benavides, Longoria, and Tijerina

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On April 25, 2023, relators Joan B. Jansky and Lonnie D. Jansky filed a petition for writ of mandamus through which they assert that the trial court lacks jurisdiction. Relators have an emergency motion to stay proceedings pending this Court's action on the petition for writ of mandamus.

This Court, having examined and fully considered relators' emergency motion to stay, is of the opinion that it should be carried with the case. The Court requests that the real parties in interest Nicole Barrett and Steven Jansky, or any others whose interests might be directly affected by the relief sought, including but not limited to attorney ad litem Joyce Heller on behalf of Jimmy D. Jansky, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus within seven days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.4, 52.8.
