DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion to recalendar appeals and for further relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the appeals are set down for the February 2021 term of this Court. The record on appeal and briefs of appellants- respondents shall be filed and served on or before December 1, 2020. The brief of respondent-appellant James Q., which shall also contain the points of argument on his appeal, shall be filed and served on or before December 29, 2020. The reply briefs of appellants-respondents, if any, shall be filed and served on or before January 5, 2021. The reply brief of respondent-appellant, if any, shall be filed and served on or before January 8, 2021.
