The petition by the respondent mother for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 160 Conn.App. 506, ––– A.3d –––– (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the trial court's comparison between the mother's abilities to parent and the foster parent's abilities to parent did not improperly factor into the court's determination that the mother had failed to rehabilitate?"
