Opinion

It is hereby ORDERED that the order so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by vacating the disposition and as modified the order is affirmed without costs and the matter is remitted to Family Court, Yates County, for further proceedings in accordance with the same memorandum as in Matter of Jacob A.T. (Appeal No. 1), 126 A.D.3d 1550, 6 N.Y.S.3d 855, 2015 WL 1381971 (Mar. 27, 2015).
