ORDER

PER CURIAM

This is an accelerated appeal from a judgment terminating parental rights which must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal was filed. See TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2.

Appellee's brief was due on February 26, 2024, but was not timely filed. On February 29, 2024, appellee filed a motion requesting a ten-day extension of time to file its brief. The motion is GRANTED. Appellee's brief is due on or before March 7, 2024.

No further extensions of time will be granted. This appeal will be set at issue on March 8, 2024, with or without appellee's brief.

It is so ORDERED.
