ORDER

PER CURIAM.

This is an accelerated appeal from a judgment terminating parental rights, which must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal was filed. Tex. R. Jud. Admin. 6.2.

On January 31, 2024, appellant V.A. filed a second motion for an extension of time requesting an additional ten days to file her brief. The motion is GRANTED. Appellant V.A.'s brief is due on or before February 5, 2024. However, given the time constraints governing the disposition of this appeal, further requests for an extension of time will be disfavored.

It is so ORDERED.
