Logan, Chapter 7 Trustee, hereby stipulate and agree to extend the time for Robert D. Jones to object to the Trustee's Final Report and Proposed Distribution (paper 45) and the First and Final Application for Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred by Logan Russack, LLC as Counsel for the Trustee (papers 43 and 46) through and including January 4, 2008.

The Trustee has not signed this order. His consent will be assumed since he did receive electronic notice of it as it was filed as a docket entry (dkt. 48).
