"In examining the clerk's record herein, it appears that the child, J.W., was reported as an Indian child. The Court has determined that the record does not contain findings regarding whether the child is an Indian child under the Indian Child Welfare Act. Accordingly, It is ORDERED that the trial court shall, on or before September 17, 2021, make appropriate findings as to whether J.W. is an Indian child.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a supplemental clerk's record, including the trial court's findings, be certified to this Court on or before September 24, 2021."
