On the 12th day of February, 2016, I, Jack C. Hariacker, Investigator, Judicial Conduct Board, served Melaine CondRad, an agent of Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane, with the foregoing February 11, 2016 Certified Order Issued by the Court of Judicial Discipline. A true and correct copy of the February 11, 2016 Certified Order is attached hereto, and marked as Exhibit "A".
I verify the statements In this Return of Service are true and correct. I understand that false statements herein are made subject to the penalties of 18 Pa.C.S.A. §4904 relating to the unsworn falsification to authorities.

ORDER
AND NOW, this 11th day of February, 2016, upon consideration of the Status Report fifed by the Judicial Conduct Board of Pennsylvania ("Board") wherein it is averred that the Board duly served the Subpoena of this Court dated December 15, 2015, upon Kathleen G. Kane, Attorney General of Pennsylvania, pursuant to C.J.D.R.P. No. 122(F)(2)(i), and the Subpoena has not been compiled with.
It is ORDERED and DIRECTED that Kathleen G. Kane, Attorney General of Pennsylvania, shall comply with the Subpoena of this Court dated December 15, 2015, and shall produce all material specified therein to the Board no later than February 25, 2016, or an affidavit averring that the same has already been produced. The Board shall serve a copy of this Order upon the Attorney General of Pennsylvania.
