308th District Court of Harris County Trial court case number: 2022-02367

ORDER

Sarah Beth Landau, Judge

On October 20, 2023, the Court received the appearance of new counsel for appellant in the above-referenced appeal. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this appeal is reinstated.

The Clerk of the Court shall enter Fayez Hatamleh as counsel of record for appellant. Considering counsel's recent appoint, the Court orders that appellant's brief is due on or before November 13, 2023.

Because this Court must dispose of appeals from the termination of parental rights on an expedited basis, motions to extend the briefing deadlines in this appeal are discouraged.
