MEMORANDUM OPINION


PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

Tamara Isaacs filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking this court to order Judge Fred Shannon to vacate and set aside his Order dated October 27, 2006 and return the children in question to her custody pursuant to the Final Decree of Divorce. This court has determined that the Order in question is final and thus the relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, Isaacs' petition for writ of mandamus is denied. Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).
