In the Matter of Ulysses Isa, An Attorney At Law (Attorney No. 042302006)

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 18-247, concluding on the record certified to the Board pursuant to Rule 1:20-4(f)(default by respondent), that Ulysses Isa, formerly of Union City, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2006, and who has been suspended from the practice of law since May 9, 2018, violated RPC 1.7(a)(1)(conflict of interest) and RPC 8.1(b) (failure to cooperate with disciplinary authorities), but that no additional discipline should be imposed on respondent;

And the conclusion of the Disciplinary Review Board that no additional discipline should be imposed being based on its determination that had the misconduct in this matter been addressed with the misconduct for which respondent was ordered suspended from practice for a period of three months (In re Isa, 236 N.J. 587 (2018)), no greater discipline would have been ordered;

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that no additional discipline be imposed for respondent's unethical conduct in DRB 18-247; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent remain suspended from the practice pending the further Order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent shall continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension, and continue to comply with Rule 1:20-20 dealing with suspended attorneys.

WITNESS, the Honorable Stuart Rabner, Chief Justice, at Trenton, this 9th day of July, 2019.
