ORDER
Before the Court is the December 8, 2020 request of Wendell W. Sheffield IV, Deputy Official Court Reporter for the 255th Judicial District Court, for an extension of time to file the reporter's record of the hearing conducted on October 14, 2019. Mr. Sheffield explains that appellant has not yet paid the fee for preparing the record. We GRANT the request to the extent that Mr. Sheffield shall file, by December 31, 2020, either the reporter's record or written verification that appellant has failed to pay the fee. We caution appellant that failure to pay the fee for the reporter's record may result in an order that the appeal be submitted without the reporter's record of the October 14th hearing.
