ORDER

PER CURIAM. Lakota Amberger (Appellant) appeals from the judgment entered on the Juvenile Officer's Petitions for Termination of Parental Rights pursuant to section 211.447. We have reviewed Appellant's brief and the record on appeal and conclude the court's findings were supported by substantial evidence and no abuse of discretion occurred. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. We have, however, provided a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision to the parties for their use only. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Missouri Rule of Civil Procedure 84.16(b).
