IN THE INTEREST OF K.J.R. A/K/A K.R. AND K.J.R., CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 313th District Court Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 2019-02125J

ORDER

This court's notifications to appellant have been returned because this court has not been provided with the correct address for appellant in this case. To comply with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), this court must have assurance that appellant received a copy of the Anders brief filed in this appeal. On November 6, 2020, this court ordered counsel to file a copy of the certified mail return receipt that counsel received when she mailed appellant a copy of the brief in this matter. Rather than comply with that order, counsel sent another transmittal letter with appellant's address redacted. This court still does not have assurance that appellant received a copy of counsel's Anders brief. We therefore ORDER counsel to file a copy of the certified mail return receipt that counsel received when she mailed appellant a copy of the brief in this matter. If this court does not receive either the certified mail return receipt or a valid address for appellant within SEVEN DAYS of the date of this order, the court may withdraw the opinion.

PER CURIAM Panel Consists of Justices Christopher, Jewell, and Zimmerer.
