FOR APPELLANT: Jeffrey C. Esparza, 920 Main Street, Suite 500, Kansas City, Missouri 64015.

FOR RESPONDENT: Michelle L. Krueger, 45 Business Park Drive, Troy, Missouri 63379.

Before Kelly C. Broniec, P.J., Philip M. Hess, J., and James M. Dowd, J.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

K.G.B. appeals from the judgment of the Lincoln County Circuit Court following a bench trial finding he committed the delinquency offenses of tampering in the first degree, resisting a lawful stop, and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. K.G.B.’s sole point on appeal argues that the circuit court erred in finding him delinquent for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident because the court's finding was against the weight of the evidence. Finding that the circuit court did not err as alleged by K.G.B., we affirm the judgment of the circuit court.

A written opinion would have no precedential value nor serve any jurisprudential purpose. We have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment of the motion court under Rule 84.16(b).
