ORDER
Pursuant to this court's July 24, 2020 order, a motion contesting appellant's statement of inability to pay costs was due in the trial court by August 10, 2020. On August 20, 2020, the Bexar County District Clerk's office advised this court that no motion had been filed. Accordingly, this court issued an order on August 25, 2020, in which we stated appellant was entitled to proceed without paying the costs to prepare the record. Thereafter, the Bexar County District Clerk's office forwarded to this court a Motion to Require the Appellant to Prove the Inability to Pay Costs, filed on August 6, 2020, by court reporters Mary C. Martinez and Mary Beth Sasala.
The court reporters timely filed their motion and are entitled to a hearing in the trial court pursuant to Rule 145(f)(3) and (5) of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. This court has received a copy of a Notice of Setting, setting the motion for hearing on October 1, 2020, at 9:00 a.m..
We order the trial court clerk to file a supplemental record containing the trial court's order and any findings required by Rule 145(f)(6) to this court not later than October 5, 2020.
