IN THE INTEREST OF E.S., C.S., AND G.S., MINOR CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 354th District Court Hunt County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 85,668

ORDER

Before the Court is the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services' motion for extension of time to file Appellee's Brief. Appellee's motion is GRANTED IN PART. Appellee's Brief shall be filed by August 5, 2020.

As stated in the Court's letter to the parties dated June 30, 2020, this appeal will be submitted without oral argument on August 6, 2020 to a panel consisting of Justice Partida-Kipness, Justice Nowell, and Justice Evans. Because this is an accelerated appeal in a parental termination case, we caution appellee that further extensions of time will be disfavored.
