ORDER
On November 25, 2020, appellant filed her notice of appeal. On December 9, 2020, the court reporter responsible for preparing the reporter's record in this appeal filed a notification of late record, stating appellant has failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the fee for preparing the reporter's record. On December 11, 2020, we ordered appellant to provide written proof to this court no later than December 21, 2020 that either (1) the reporter's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the reporter's fee; or (2) appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the reporter's fee.
On December 14, 2020, appellant responded that payment in the amount of $5,598.00 was made to court reporter Patricia Salinas and payment in the amount of $1,479.00 was made to the district clerk for preparation of the records.
On December 14, 2020, Ms. Salinas filed a Notification of Late Record asking for an extension of time in which to file the reporter's record. The request is GRANTED and Ms. Salinas is hereby ORDERED to file the reporter's record no later than January 1, 2021.
The Maverick County District Clerk is hereby ORDERED to file the clerk's record no later than January 1, 2021.
This is an accelerated appeal of an order in a suit for termination of the parent-child relationship that must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal was filed in the trial court. See TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2. Therefore, further requests for extensions of time are disfavored.
