ORDER
The reporter's record in this expedited appeal is past due. Although the court reporter informed the Court on January 22, 2016 that the record has not been filed because appellant has not requested the record or made arrangements to pay for the record, our records indicate appellant is entitled to proceed without payment of costs and requested preparation of the reporter's record by letter to the court reporter dated January 15, 2016.
Accordingly, we ORDER Charletta Breed, Official Court Reporter for Dallas County Probate Court Number 3, to file the reporter's record in this case within FIVE DAYS of the date of this order.
Appellant's brief shall be filed by February 16, 2016. Appellee's brief shall be filed by March 2, 2016.
