MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator contends the trial court erred in granting the real party's motion to strike relator's petition in intervention. Relator has not shown that it is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8 (a).
