MOTION DECISION

Present - Hon. Dianne T. Renwick, Ellen Gesmer Tanya R. Kennedy Manuel J. Mendez Julio Rodriguez III, Justice Presiding, Justices.

An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 15, 2021, which charged certain of the fees awarded to counsel to John E. Hutchinson, IV, and the appeal having been perfected, And appellant John Hutchinson IV, having moved, pro se, to stay enforcement of the aforesaid fee order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and to stay certain proceedings in Supreme Court initiated by the Order to Show Cause signed on February 24, 2022, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying enforcement of the aforesaid fee order entered October 15, 2021 with respect to attorneys Matthew Carmody, Esq., Susan Brown, Esq. and Michael Kutzin, Esq., pending the hearing and determination of the appeal. That branch of the motion seeking a stay of proceedings initiated by the February 24, 2022 Order to Show Cause is denied.
